A Home Inspection is an objective, visual examination of a home's systems. Think of it like having a personal and complete physical exam from the doctor that includes every system and organs of your body, Only on the Home! Your home structure, cladding and roofing systems, foundation, mechanical and electrical all have a Physical Exam by the doctor.
A Re-Inspection is to verify that repairs made by the seller are acceptable and or completed. This is usually done before the buyer takes possession of the property and after all seller repairs have been completed.
A Pre-drywall home inspection is a construction-phase inspection that takes place during the building of a new house, right after the framing is completed and before the drywall is installed, allowing the inspector to check the structural integrity, plumbing, electrical rough-ins, and other components before they are covered up by the walls, making it easier to identify and address any potential issues at an early stage before they are hidden.
Saving You Money!
Think of the PMI Inspection as an "Oil Change and Service for Your Home." The structure of your home is constantly under attack from the weather, moisture, and insects. If these issues go unprotected and unnoticed, they can easily cost you thousands of dollars. We perform this inspection as an on-demand or annual service, depending on your needs.
